University Overview 

Roger Williams University is an independent, coeducational, private university, accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.  The University offers 36 undergraduate majors in sound liberal arts studies and selected professional programs within six schools and two colleges, including The Roger Williams Law School, the only law school in the State of Rhode Island.  The University is situated on a 140-acre campus overlooking the Mount Hope Bay in historic Bristol, Rhode Island and the Metro Center is situated within the urban renaissance of downtown Providence.  Roger Williams University is listed in Tier One of regional liberal arts colleges in the northeast by U.S. News & World Report’s Best Colleges Guide and enrolls over 3,700 students from more than 26 states and 48 countries.
